The staff, Krista and Sherri. are personable, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Earlier this year had my prostate gland removed. This led to total incontinence of my bladder. I contacted Krista at Stay Dry Med Center in Mooresville and started an (8) treatment protocol. After the first visit I saw improvement with my leakage problem. I continued to improve after each treatment and am down to just (1 to 2) pads/per day. At first I was skeptical that a chair could help strengthen my pelvic muscles. I had moderate to severe incontinence stress and urge. (I have been to pelvic floor therapy in a physical therapy setting, in the past without positive results.) I saw the great reviews so I figured I would try StayDry Med Centers. The girls in the Mooresville office are wonderful and welcoming. I never felt embarrassed about my problem. They make you feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. The chair is comfortable and I never felt any pain at all. I have now finished all of my scheduled treatments and have to say that I have had wonderful results. It did take several treatments for me to have noticeable results, but I am very pleased! I plan on making it a monthly treatment for me, just to keep my muscles strong! I strongly encourage you, if you have been on the fence, definitely give StayDry Med Centers a try! You won’t be disappointed! Read Less

Had a great overall experience at the Stay Dry Center of Charlotte! The staff members are all very friendly and welcoming, and made my experience there comfortable. The treatment itself is painless, I actually enjoyed sitting for 30 minutes and reading while getting my treatments. I did 6 treatments over 3 weeks and have seen amazing results- I’m no longer leaking when coughing or sneezing, and no longer running to the bathroom all the time. I can tell my pelvic floor is much stronger than when I started. I look forward to returning for maintenance care! Read Less
