She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially given my situation. My brother is overseas and couldn’t be there for his treatment, but Kiley went above and beyond to assist me. The customer service and service has been top notch! There are many great benefits, two in particular! The first great benefit has been the strengthening of my uterine muscle that has greatly minimized leakage and the tendency to wear liners and not being self conscious of leakage. The second greatest benefit has been that my hip has greatly benefited from the osmosis charges while sitting on the stay dry seat! I have been telling many people that complain of the leakage to give it a try! I was very skeptical about the ab/ core treatment and nervous. I made the decision to do it out of desperation. ( long accident recovery and down time left me NO core muscle with caused to back support and lots of pain) Kayleigh, Stephanie and Kristen worked together to explain how it worked and what to expect and calmed me. This treatment was a massive improvement for me even after first visit! I can stand without pain now! It also included the emsella treatment which I did not believe would work but it fixed that problem after the FIRST visit. The sneeze leaks, urgency, and all of that leaking. Go talk to them! Six months after robotic prostate surgery, I still had a little bit of issues with incontinence. I contacted Stay Dry med centers and set up an appointment. Sandy and her staff were awesome. They fully explained to me everything behind the science of the machine as well as what it could do for me. It’s a simple, 28 minute process where you’re sitting in a chair. Staff is wonderful! I was always greeted by Susan’s smiling face and felt like she was my new best friend! Susan, Amanda and Sandy are very professional and are sincerely interested in helping their clients with this “sensitive” issue. I was always treated with kindness, compassion and encouragement. The Emsella Chair treatment has improved my problem and in combination with other lifestyle/dietary changes as well continued pelvic floor exercises I am continuing to make progress. At first I was skeptical that a chair could help strengthen my pelvic muscles. I had moderate to severe incontinence stress and urge. (I have been to pelvic floor therapy in a physical therapy setting, in the past without positive results.) I saw the great reviews so I figured I would try StayDry Med Centers. The girls in the Mooresville office are wonderful and welcoming. I never felt embarrassed about my problem. They make you feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions. The chair is comfortable and I never felt any pain at all. I have now finished all of my scheduled treatments and have to say that I have had wonderful results. It did take several treatments for me to have noticeable results, but I am very pleased! I plan on making it a monthly treatment for me, just to keep my muscles strong! I strongly encourage you, if you have been on the fence, definitely give StayDry Med Centers a try! You won’t be disappointed! Read Less

I decided to try StayDry after experiencing some bladder leakage problems. I have had eight 28 minute sessions. So far I have had very few leakage problems and am sleeping through most nights. I used to get up one or two times to use the restroom. The treatment is very easy…just sitting in a chair. The treatments are pain free, I watched tv during the treatments. I highly recommend StayDry. The staff at the Mooresville office are very nice. Read Less

I needed relief and seemed varying methods:techniques to relieve my incontinence. I saw a tv ad regarding the Emsella chair and decided to give it a try. I was a 5/6 pad user on a daily basis before the chair. For me, the first couple of occasions with the chair was questionable, but following and with every treatment thereafter, I began to notice a big difference with my incontinence/the number of pads being used on a daily basis. By the end of my treatments, my pad usage was down from 5/6 per day (not counting sleeping hours) to 2/3 and that was based an my activity level. By the time I returned for my first maintenance treatment, the pad usage was noticeably lower: no pad changes during sleeping hours; 1/2 pad changes during activity/active periods. Again, a Grand difference in the number of pads (leakage), with a greater sense of control. Well worth the cost, and not an intrusion of time. I have regained my confidence relative to going out in public not wearing black/dark pants to hide leaking if it was to occur. I now have lots more control! I can bass fish all day w/o having to concern myself with changing pants, etc. due to being wet, and not from rain! The treatment works and was/is a benefit to me 100%. Read Less
