Thank you.  The Emsella Urinary Incontinence questionnaire is designed to provide a general opinion of whether or not the Emsella Chair will work for you. Based on your answers to one or more of the questions on the quiz, we are not confident that you are a good candidate for treatment.  

This is a very basic, high-level questionnaire.  Our Emsella technicians do a much more thorough intake during a consultation.  If you have questions or would like to discuss your symptoms with one of our Emsella technicians, please contact your nearest StayDry Med Centers.
